Credit Practices and Credit Bureaus are exposed in this session of Dave Ramsey's course. If you have ever been hounded by a creditor, this class is for you. If you are NOW being oppressed by a creditor or collection agency, this class is for you. Dave makes it absolutely clear that our debts MUST be paid, but in this session he explains how to actually do it while being pressured by collection agents.

Bible Based

The Bible makes it clear that we are to pay our debts. It also makes it clear that we are to avoid going into debt. Further, we are admonished not to loan money to others. Dave explains this in light of the verse from Matthew below. Loaning money to a friend changes the relationship from "friend and friend" to "debtor and creditor" or, Biblically speaking, "slave and master." Most of the time, it's better to make a gift when the friend asks for a loan. It's better to make a gift.
